News 2001 & 2002   News 2000   News 1999   News 1998  The Shadow Gallery News postings from 1998 December 31   At this time all of Shadow Gallery and their families want to take a moment to extend to all of their fans worldwide, a safe and Happy New Year!       December 30   The Reviews page has been added to the CD Information section. Right now we are starting off with the review of Tyranny by Larry Daglieri of The Perpetual Motion Board. With the amount of reivews of Tryanny we hope to be able to add more and more reviews in the coming days.       December 29   We have added a new section to the CD Information portion of the site. You will find the Awards section, which includes the many awards and mentions that Shadow Gallery won from the readers and posters of The Perpetual Motion Board. As more awards become available they will be announced here in the News Section and added to the Awards page.       December 20   The lyrics to Tyranny have been completed and uploaded to this site. Go to CD Information and Enter the Reign of Tyranny to view them.       November 10   We have just received word that Shadow Gallery T-shirts will soon be available for ordering. These will be black, short sleeve, 100 percent cotton t-shirts with the Shadow Gallery logo and the Tryanny CD cover on the front of the t-shirt. It also appears that this will be a limited run with the first 75 shirts being autographed by the band. We will have complete ordering information within 2 weeks. Also slated for 1999 will be more Shadow Gallery merchandise to include, different t-shirts, hats, bumper stickers and posters. Stay tuned to your Shadow Gallery Site for more information.       September 30   We have just added an interview page to the Shadow Gallery site. You can find it in the band information section. Right now we have a terrific interview that Carl did with Martin Hudson and another one that he did with John C. Clark. We will be adding more interviews and a Review page soon!       September 22   Good day my fellow citizens! The reign of TYRANNY has begun. The 3rd CD by Shadow Gallery entitled TYRANNY is officially released today. Enjoy!       September 19   The latest sound clip from Tyranny has now been added to the Sound Clips page. Look for Roads of Thunder, enjoy and remember that the reign of Tyranny is coming in 3 days!       September 16   The next track from Tyranny is now available. Look for Out Of Nowhere in the Sound Clips section. Another clip will be coming in the next four days.       September 12   A clip from New World Order one of the tracks from Tryanny has now been added to the Sound Clips page. In a few days another clip from the very soon to be released Tyranny will be added.       September 8   The second sound clip from Tryanny is now available for preview. Chased can be found in the CD info section on the Sound Clips page. More clips are coming soon!       September 1   The first sound clip from the highly anticipated CD is now available. Stiletto in the Sand is the first track on the CD. Please check back every few days as we will have more clips available for you to enjoy.       July 13   Well we can release the names of the Special Guests who appear on Tyranny. There are guest vocals by James Labrie of Dream Theater, D.C. Cooper of Royal Hunt, Laura Jaeger, and violins by Paul Chou.       July 7   A few links have been added to the Other Music Links part of the Links page. Please continue to check the Links page for more additions in the near future.       July 4   The lyrics and credits for Carved in Stone have been added to the Discography Section. Also look for a new and improved FAQ within the coming days.       June 21   The song titles and track listing to Tyranny are up! Look for them and other surprises on this site. Keep checking for new information on the reign of Tyranny!       June 20   The lyrics to the self-titled debut CD by Shadow Gallery are up! They have been added to the Discography section. Click on the CD cover to link to that CD's information and the link to the lyrics. We hope to have the lyrics to Carved in Stone added to this site very soon! Keep checking here for more updates!       June 13   A Links page has been added to the Shadow Gallery site. On this page you will find links to the manufacturers of some of the musical equipment and instruments used by the members of Shadow Gallery. We hope to have more links added to this site soon. Please keep stopping by and check for updates to all the Shadow Gallery pages!       June 12   Since Tryanny has been sent off for the final stages before the release, the site will be updated and there will be new additions to lead up to the reign of a new Tyranny! Your input is welcome and please stop back by here often to see what is new.       June 8   Tyranny Mastered and Ready to Go!!!!!!!!!! Ok ya'll. Here's some news. Tyranny is done.. and by that I mean, recorded, mixed and mastered. It will take a while to press and distribute. The September date is the only one I know of at this point So, unless your related to or sleeping with someone in this band, then I'm afraid to say it shall be just a bit longer before ya'll can hear three years of sweat and argument and many notes jammed into 74 minutes worth of CD. BUT, we will be redoing the web site .... AGAIN.... to add in a few hints of the story line and to generally make things a little nicer to look at and load and stuph. Saturday night, we all came over to Carls house and had the big "band" listen to the final product. Lots of handshakes and hugs and beer were exchanged and I think it's safe to say that we're all pretty darn proud of it. We like the stuph.. we hope ya'll will too......or our asses will be cooked by our record company...very slowly and with much pain, I'm sure. Anyway.. that's the deal. We're all done....( and a big round of applause for Carl, who has not had a day off since November of 97...woohoo..) It was my pleasure to hand him a cold beer and say "Hey Bud, take it easy for a while.. and have a beer..." There is a GOD....and HE'S smiled on us. When you pair this with our "perfectionist" approach, the result is a long wait, for you the fans. and to YOU, ..we are sorry..... We felt the concept story warranted our every attention, and THAT we gave it. We cannot guarantee you a perfect album, but we can promise you a CD in the style of Shadow gallery's past work - One that WE believe in , one that we gave our all for, ...one that we hope YOU like...
